U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is meeting with Kurdish Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, instead of joining other Trump cabinet members at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The change in travel plans comes in the middle of a dispute between Turkey and Washington over operations in the northeast corner of Syria.
