UN: 60,000 North Korean children at risk of lethal malnutrition

INTRO:

The United Nations warns that 60,000 children in North Korea could die
of starvation due to slowing aid deliveries brought on by
international sanctions on the country.

A fresh round of sanctions from major world powers has caused
operational challenges for agencies to deliver food, vaccines and
other life saving supplies.
