Steve Bannon loses post at Breitbart

Steve Bannon is stepping away from his post as Executive Director of Breitbart News.

Once senior advisor and chief strategist to U.S. President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon is now finding himself on the outside after giving a series of controversial interviews to Michael Wolff, the author of "Fire and Fury"

Steve Bannon first rose to prominence in the political world after taking the reigns of Breitbart news, after the founder Andrew Breitbart passed away in 2012.

That eventually led him to help head the Trump campaign to victory and a White House position, until he was fired in August 2016.

As our U.S. correspondent Priscilla Huff reports, now he's on the outs at Breitbart as well.
