South Korea poised to hold talks with North Korea in hopes of participating in Olympics

INTRO:

North and South Korea look poised to hold high-level talks for the
first time since 2015, after Kim Jung Un offered to start a dialogue,
in hopes of getting North Korea athletes admitted to the upcoming
Seoul Olympics.

The South Korean government says this could be a ground-breaking
chance to improve relations, after repeated missile launches from the
North.
