Hundreds of drivers have spent a night stranded in their cars after heavy snow in Scotland.
Mountain rescue teams have been helping people stuck on roads in Dumfries and Galloway.
The UK's also seen heavy snow in parts of Northern Ireland, and warnings of snow and ice are in place for England and Wales.
