Balkans on high alert after political assassination

Kosovo's Prime Minister has assured Europe that his country remains 'calm and stable', as investigators continue to hunt for the killer of a politician based in the country's Serbian north. Serbia has called the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic a 'terrorist act' and suspended reconciliation talks with its neighbour. Dan Ashby has more.
