20 countries consider further sanctions on North Korea- Trump takes aim at Russia

A group of 20 nations have agreed to consider slapping North Korea
with further sanctions.

At a U.S. hosted meeting the country's Secretary of State rex
Tillerson also warned of a potential military response if Pyongyang
chooses not to negotiate.

This comes as U.S. President Donald Trump says that Russia is helping
North Korea get supplies that defy international sanctions.
