Walt Disney agrees $50 billion deal to buy 21st Century Fox entertainment assets

Walt Disney has agreed a blockbuster $50 billion deal to buy the entertainment arm of 21st Century Fox.

Meanwhile Fox News and Fox Sports will remain under media mogul Rupert Murdoch's control as part of a new company.
