Russian lawmakers introduced restrictions for nine US media outlets to access the country's Parliament building. Moscow says the move is a tit-for-tat retaliation to Washington barring Russian media from US Congress. Relations between the Kremlin and the Capitol Hill remain strained over allegations of Russia's interference with 2016 US presidential elections.
