The International Olympic Committee has banned Russia from participating in the Winter Games in Pyeongchang in February after evidence emerged of widespread doping. The IOC will however allow clean Russian athletes to take part but under a neutral flag. Russia says it will make a decision on whether to send its athletes as neutrals.
