Questions over fair competition in Disney Fox deal

Disney has agreed to buy the entertainment arm of 21st Century Fox in
a record breaking 52 billion dollar deal.

If it goes ahead it would be unprecedented - creating the largest
entertainment provider in the world.

But there's questions about antitrust and unfair competition in what's
already a tight market.
