U.S. President Donald Trump remains optitmistic his tax reform legislation can be passed, despite the fact that Republican Senator Marco Rubio now says he'll vote no.
Opposition has been growing, and there are further problems in that Senator McCain is in hospital as is Senator Cochran.
At an event to promote how his administration has cut regulations, President Trump said tax reform will be a great Christmas present.
