A power outage at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson- the world's busiest
airport has resulted in over a thousand flights being cancelled.
The airport accommodates over 250,000 passengers on a daily basis and
the power cut left many in dark terminals or stuck aboard planes.
It's believed that a fire at an electrical facility caused the outage
and Atlanta's Mayor Kasim Reed says he's sorry for what happened.
