Pedestrians hit by a car in Melbourne - update 6:20pm

Emergency services are working at the scene after a car ploughed into pedestrians in the heart of Melbourne on Thursday afternoon.
Seven people including a young child are in hospital and 12 others are being treated by paramedics.
