UK Prime Minister Theresa May is facing up to EU leaders in Brussels having lost a key parliamentary vote on Brexit.

It came on the eve of an EU summit at which Theresa May hopes to persuade leaders to rubber-stamp moving Brexit negotiations onto the next phase.
Justice minister Dominic Raab says the parliamentary defeat won't derail Brexit.
