The UK and the European Commission have reached a Brexit deal.
The announcement in Brussels means Brexit negotiations can move on to the next phase - if rubber-stamped at a key summit next week.
Britain and the EU thought a deal had been reached on Monday but it fell apart due to the UK government not being able to bring along the DUP - the Northern Irish party which supports it at Westminster.
