White House suggests Obama admin responsible for elephants decision

The decision has been roundly condemned from animal rights groups to the Reopublican chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders tried to suggest the decision is actually the responsibility of the Obama administration.
