U.S. President Donald Trump has called for an end to America's diversity lottery program, blaming the visa system for allowing the suspect behind Tuesday's New York terror attack into the country.
Announcing his plans to crack down on chain migration, Donald Trump said it was an outrage that the suspect had ever been allowed in.
