Suspect inspired by Islamic State - NYC terror attack

The lead suspect in the attack in New York City which left 8 dead and another 12 injured was inspired by the Islamic State.

Security levels have been raised around the United States, especially for big events such as the upcoming New York City Marathon.

John Miller, a spokesman for the New York City Police Department, described how the attack unfolded.
