The Paradise Papers, more than 13 million files of leaked data, show that more than 700 Indians, including one of Bollywood's biggest actors and a government minister are among the wealthy and powerful individuals connected to offshore tax havens.
This comes as the Indian government has been taking increased measures to crack down on tax avoidance and weed out the problem of black money in the country.
