May names new International Development Secretary, keeps Brexit balance

British Prime Minister Theresa May has appointed Penny Mordaunt to the role of Secretary for International Development, after the resignation of Priti Patel over unauthorized meetings with Israeli officials. 

As Catherine Drew reports from London the promotion of the former Work and Pensions minister keeps the fine balance in the Theresa May's cabinet between both sides on the Brexit argument as the government must negotiate its exit from the European Union.
