UK Prime Minister Theresa May is choosing a new Defence Secretary after Sir Michael Fallon resigned amid a scandal over allegations of inappropriate behaviour by UK MPs.
He says his behaviour in the past may have 'fallen short' of standards expected by the country's military.
Earlier this week he'd admitted being told off by a journalist for putting his hand on her knee during a dinner in 2002.
Allegations of harassment and sexual misconduct are swirling around Westminster.
UK correspondent Theo Usherwood says it's the first major casualty of a growing controversy.
