LIBERIA ELECTION RE-RUN HALTED

Liberia's supreme court has ordered a halt to preparations for next week's runoff election amid allegations of fraud in the first round. No candidate won a majority in the first round of the presidential vote. The top two candidates, former footballer George Weah and Joseph Boakai were set for a run-off. Leon Solomon
