Hawaii to reinstate Cold War nuclear siren system

Over the last few months nuclear tensions between North Korea and the
United States have grown. And now the tropical holiday islands of
Hawaii are reinstating a nuclear missile siren that was last used in
the Cold War.

Authorities are reassuring both tourists and residents that it's part
of routine tests.

US correspondent, Frances Read, says it shouldn't necessarily be seen
as a further increase in tension.
