U.S. President Donald doesn't feel that now is not the time to discuss American gun laws, nor does he believe that further checks would have prevented the tragedy in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
The U.S. Air Force has confirmed that Devin Patrick Kelley was convicted of the equivalent of a felony and should not have been able to purchase weapons.
