Delhi enveloped in toxic smog as air quality levels dip severely

India's capital is battling severe air pollution once again. The PM2.5 levels in the city have breached the 900 mark in many areas. The permissible limit is 60.

Last year, after Diwali, the Delhi government had announced a week long state of emergency following which an graded pollution action plan was formulated.
