INTRO:
The Trump administration has ended its temporary ban on refugees
entering the US - but says it will delay the processing of most
refugees from 11 countries identified as high-risk.
The White House has declined to name the countries that would be
subject to the new 90-day review, saying only that applicants from
those countries would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
