U.S. President Donald Trump says he has total confidence in U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
NBC News is standing by its report that Secretary Tillerson called the American president a moron and threatened to quit.
Earlier, Secretary Tillerson said he wants to remain part of the Trump team in a rare statement to the media.
During a photo op at a Las Vegas hospital, U.S. President Trump responded to shouted questions from reporters:
