Russia hopes Turkey can stabilise situation in Syria's Idlib as Astana talks get underway

Russia hopes that Turkey can stabilise the situation in the Idblib de-escalation zone in Syria, according to the head of the Russian delegation to Syria talks.  A new round of peace talks got underway in the Kazakh capital of Astana with representatives of the Syrian government and some armed opposition groups.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
