U.S. President Donald Trump is now speaking optimistically, praising the United Nations after repeated criticism.
At the beginning of his administraion, he claimed an executive order was being drafted to cut U.S. payments to the U.N. because the international body is "wasteful and counter-productive," charges he's repeated.
