KENYA SUPREME COURT FAILS TO HEAR ELECTION DELAY CASE

Kenya's Supreme Court  has failed to hear a case to delay the country's presidential election which is due to be held this week.  The court lacked quorum to hear the petition that suggested Thursday's polls would not be free and fair. Leon Solomon reports
