Former Catalan President in Brussels, But No Formal Asylum Request

Catalonia's now former president and five of his ministers start a second day in Brussels—as they face charges back home in Spain. 

They've hired a human rights attorney who specializes in asylum—but that attorney says no request for asylum has been made.
