Child Populations in Africa to Hit 170million by 2030-UNICEF

INTRO
A report released by the children's agency-UNICEF shows  Africa's child population is set to increase
by 170million in just over a decade.

The agency warns that Africa must invest heavily in the upbringing of its children to be able to reap from their development.
