Australia's Victoria moves towards assisted dying legislation

In Australia, the State of Victoria has move a step closer to developing an assisted dying program, and may become the first State of the Federation to have assisted dying legislation in place.
State Premier Daniel Andrews has given an emotional account of watching his father die from cancer in support of a bid to legalise euthanasia.
