Trump says he will revisit DACA if Congress can't legalise it - hours after he announced it was being scrapped

US President Donald Trump has said he wants Congress to legalise "Dreamers" - children brought to America by their undocumented parents. He tweeted that if they can't, he will revisit the issue, just hours after he announced he would be ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program - or DACA - which protected them from deportation.
