Puerto Rico facing humanitarian crisis - seeks funds to rebuild from government

Puerto Rico is on the brink of a humanitarian crisis, with the island
seeking emergency funds to rebuild, after Hurricane Maria left most
people without running water, fuel and power.

US President Donald Trump is set to visit the US territory next week,
after coming under fire for a weak response to the crisis.
