MUMBAI STAMPEDE KILLS 22

22 people have died after a stampede on a footbridge at a railway station in Mumbai.

Over 30 people have also been injured in the incident at Elphinstone Station.

Officials say it was caused by heavy rains and overcrowding.

Mumbai correspondent Rebecca Bundhun says it's shocked the city.
