More than 60 Myanmar Rohingya feared drowned

More than 60 Rohingya Muslims are believed to have drowned trying to escape Myanmar, part of a situation the UN Secretary-General has called the world's fastest-developing refugee crisis.

Meanwhile, the UN Human Rights Council has voted to extend its fact-finding mission despite Myanmar authorities denying monitors access.
