German finance ministry up for grabs in coalition talks

Germany's finance minister Wolfgang Schäuble [VULF GONG SHOY BLA] has agreed to step down from his post of eight years and become the president of Germany's parliament.

The move is seen as a key step in the difficult process of forming a new and unusual three way governing coalition.
