EU's top court dismisses compliant by Hungary and Slovakia over migrant relocation scheme

A complaint by Hungary and Slovakia over the European Union forcing member states to take in asylum seekers has been dismissed by the EU's top court.

The dispute broke out in 2015 when Brussels implemented a scheme to distribute asylum applications to ease pressure on countries like Italy and Greece.
