As UK Prime Minister Theresa May prepares to lay out her Brexit strategy in Italy, the EU's chief Brexit negotiator warns not settling the so called "Brexit Bill" will undermine trust.
It's another sign the EU wants to hammer out how much money the UK will owe the bloc once it leaves.
