Budget airline Ryanair has been threatened with legal action after being accused of not complying with the law and disregarding passengers.
The head of the UK's Civil Aviation Authority Andrew Haines has said he is furious the airline is has been persistently misleading passengers about their rights after Ryanair cancelled thousands of flights. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
