US indicates diplomacy still in works with North Korea

The U.S. State Department says the North Korean know how to reach them and what needs to happen to return to the negotiating table.

The Associated Press is reporting a top US diplomat has been holding back-channel talks with a North Korean diplomat based at the United Nations.
