UGANDA TIGHTENS SECURITY AT SOUTH SUDAN BORDER

The Uganda army has tightened its security on the Uganda-South Sudan border. The security measures follow fighting between fighters loyal to former South Sudan vice president Riek Machar and the Sudanese People's Liberation Army.
