Sec. Tillerson thinks Pres. Trump will sign Russia sanctions

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson believes U.S. President Donald Trump will sign the legislation increasing sanctions on Russia.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has demanded 755 people working at American diplomatic facilities in his country be expelled.

Both chambers of the U.S. Congress voted overwhelmingly in favor of Russian sanctions, but so far, President Trump hasn't signed the bill, even if Secretary Tillerson thinks that will happen.
