The Wall Street Journal newspaper is reporting that Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury in Washington - a clear sign that his investigation into Russia's interference in last year's Presidential election is gathering pace.
Grand Juries meet behind closed doors to consider whether there's sufficient evidence to warrant prosecutions.
