North Korea vows to retaliate following fresh UN sanctions

North Korea has vowed to retaliate after the United Nations slapped
fresh sanctions on them over the weekend.

The KCNA news agency describe the UN measures as a violent violation
of sovereignty and foreign minister Ri Yong-ho says there will be
strong follow-up measures.
