Former top US intelligence officer openly questions Trump's mental fitness for office

President Donald Trump's mental stability is now being openly questioned by a former US Director of National Intelligence who served every  President from John F. Kennedy to Barack Obama.


James Clapper says a rambling, angry speech by President Trump in Arizona on Tuesday night raises fundamental questions about his fitness for office.
