Australia's marriage equality postal survey set for High Court challenge

Australia's federal government could be forced to come up with a Plan C on same-sex marriage within weeks, as controversy reins over a new "no" case advertisement.
Australia's High Court will next week hear a challenge to the government's plan for a postal survey on changing marriage laws.
