Another asylum seeker death in Australia's Manus Island detention centre

The death of a refugee on Papua-New Guinea's Manus Island has sparked calls for Australian authorities to intervene after what advocates have described as a preventable tragedy.
The immigration department says it is aware of the man's death, which is being investigated by PNG authorities.
